Pets OK under 20lbs. There will be a non-refundable $200 pet deposit required with your reservation.
Month Minimum Rental
Off Season Rates: May 2010 - December 2010 - $2,000.00 per Month
Mid Season Rates: January 2011 - $2,600.00 per Month
High Season Rates: February - April 2011 - $3,000.00 per Month
In addition to the rental rate a security deposit, cleaning fee and 11% tourist tax will be required. A non-refundable $200.00 pet deposit is required. WE DO NOT CHARGE A BOOKING FEE OR PER PERSON FEE.
